Al 30 de octubre pasado, el sistema había pagado US$ 43.700 millones por los tres retiros de fondos y tenía 597.702 deudas de alimentos al día - SP. Superintendencia de Pensiones

Al 30 de octubre último, el primer retiro de fondos registraba 11.108.923 solicitudes aceptadas, es decir, que cumplen con los requisitos establecidos en la ley. De ese universo de solicitudes, el 98,8% está al día por un total de US$ 16.406 millones.
En relación con el segundo retiro, las solicitudes exitosas sumaban 9.310.323 al mismo miércoles 30, de las cuales está pagado el 98,1%. Ello ha significado a las administradoras girar US$ 14.032 millones.
Finalmente, el tercer retiro contabilizaba 8.866.654 solicitudes aceptadas al último día hábil de octubre. De ese total, el 98,5% está al día y los pagos en este proceso suman US$ 13.262 millones.
Respecto de las deudas de alimentos, al 30 de octubre de 2024, los tribunales de familia habían autorizado el pago de 629.824 liquidaciones. De ellas, el 94,9% está al día por un monto total equivalente a US$ 665,4 millones.

Hasta las 17:00 hrs. del pasado 30 de octubre, el sistema registraba 28.839.781 pagos cursados entre los tres retiros de fondos, para lo cual las siete administradoras de fondos de pensiones (AFP), en conjunto, han debido girar US$ 43.700 millones. Lo anterior, considerando el valor del dólar al mismo miércoles 30 ($ 950,89).

A igual fecha, los tribunales de familia habían autorizado el pago de 629.824 liquidaciones por deudas de alimentos, de las cuales el 94,9% o 597.702 liquidaciones están al día, por un total de US$ 665,4 millones. El pago promedio por liquidación, en tanto, fue de $ 1.058.717.

Retiros de fondos

Según los datos recabados por la Superintendencia de Pensiones, hasta el miércoles 30 de octubre pasado, el primer retiro de fondos sumaba 11.108.923 solicitudes aceptadas, de las cuales el 98,8% o 10.971.051 solicitudes están al día. El desembolso total, en este caso, llegaba a US$ 16.406 millones, mientras que el pago promedio por solicitud fue de $ 1.421.980.

Por su parte, también al último día hábil de octubre, el segundo retiro de fondos enteraba 9.310.323 solicitudes exitosas. De ellas, el 98,1% o 9.134.475 solicitudes están pagadas, por un total de US$ 14.032 millones. El pago promedio por solicitud, en tanto, fue de $ 1.460.707.

Por último, las solicitudes aceptadas por el tercer retiro sumaban 8.866.654, de las cuales, 8.734.255 o el 98,5% está pagado. Para ello, las AFP han movilizado US$ 13.262 millones, y habían entregado, hasta el miércoles 30, $ 1.443.846 promedio por solicitud.

Pensiones de alimentos

En relación con las deudas de alimentos, hasta el último día hábil de octubre pasado, los pagos eran liderados por AFP Cuprum, con un 100,0% de cumplimiento, seguida por AFP Capital, con el 99,8%, y AFP Habitat, con el 97,5%.

La SP recuerda que continúa monitoreando directamente los pagos de las liquidaciones de pensiones de alimentos por parte de sus fiscalizados, y trabajando de manera coordinada con la Corporación Administrativa del Poder Judicial (CAPJ) y con las AFP para agilizar y hacer más eficiente este proceso.
